Performance Laurentides Mont-Tremblant is currently seeking a Service Manager to oversee and develop its after-sales service department.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the service department

  • Ensure performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives are achieved

  • Lead, motivate, and support the after-sales service team

  • Optimize work processes to improve departmental efficiency

  • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction

  • Collaborate closely with other dealership departments

  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and company policies

Desired Profile

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, and listening abilities

  • Ability to manage and motivate staff effectively

  • Strong interest in automotive mechanics and the automotive industry

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Previous team management experience (an asset)

  • Experience in the automotive industry (an asset)
